History of Our Club

This is a Motorcycle association that is growing rapidly in the US and abroad. L.A.M.A. was established in 1977; In 1972 the founder Mario Nieves, was an aspiring Body Builder and he won the Mr. Chicago and Mr. Illinois titles and later as many as 13 other titles. Iron Man Magazine honored Mario by placing him on the front cover when he won the Junior Mr. America title in 1977.

The same year he founded L.A.M.A.in Chicago, it then snowballed into what is now the largest motorcycle association representing the Latin American community, with chapters in the U.S.A, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Mexico, Germany, Brazil, Spain, Australia, Italy, Cuba and many more. Joining up with us in no small feat. L.A.M.A. cherishes the freedom that Motorcycle riding affords the avid rider, and we live our life accordingly, we also play an important role in our communities that have chapters currently in them.
